BBQ , Grill or Pan Fry. We always recommend using a meat thermometer to gauge doneness. Insert probe into thickest part of meat to get an accurate reading : Rare - 60°C, Medium/Rare - 65°C, Medium - 70°C, Well Done - 75°C
Best used within 3-4 days from delivery, can be frozen for up to 6 months.
