L&L Pulled Beef

2kg piece

1 cup

2 cloves

½ bunch

½ cup

L&L Chuck or brisket

Beef stock

Fresh Garlic Chopped

Fresh Sage Chopped

Red Wine (preferably shiraz)

Tomato paste

¼ bunchFresh Parsley Chopped


  1. Pre heat oven to 160degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except parsley, and cook covered for 4-6 hours in oven
  3. Drain liquid into saucepan and cook uncovered for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
  4. Reduce liquid on low heat with ½ cup brown sugar for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Shred beef, mix in sauce and parsley
