Ingredients:
2kg piece
1 cup 2 cloves ½ bunch ½ cup 2 tabspn |
L&L Chuck or brisket
Beef stock Fresh Garlic Chopped Fresh Sage Chopped Red Wine (preferably shiraz) Tomato paste |
¼ bunch | Fresh Parsley Chopped |
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 160degrees Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients, except parsley, and cook covered for 4-6 hours in oven
- Drain liquid into saucepan and cook uncovered for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
- Reduce liquid on low heat with ½ cup brown sugar for 30-45 minutes.
- Shred beef, mix in sauce and parsley
