Prep time 10 minutes, cook time 4-6 hours
|L&L Chuck or brisket|
Fresh Garlic Chopped
Fresh Sage Chopped
Red Wine (preferably shiraz)
|¼ bunch||Fresh Parsley Chopped|
- Pre heat oven to 160degrees Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients, except parsley, and cook covered for 4-6 hours in oven
- Drain liquid into saucepan and cook uncovered for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
- Reduce liquid on low heat with ½ cup brown sugar for 30-45 minutes.
- Shred beef, mix in sauce and parsley
