
Ingredients (1):
- 450g Lamb Shoulder Cubes 1cm size
- 3 Onions sliced thin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 garlic crushed
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
Ingredients (2):
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 3 tablespoons mint leaves
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
1. Saute lamb, onions, spices and salt for 2-3 mins
2. Add 2 cups of veggie stock to pot with saute
3. Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat and cook 2-3 hours
4. Blend ingredients(2) and add in last few minutes of cooking
Serve with rice and greens
